Dichiarazione di valore
The Dichiarazione di valore is issued by the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine on the basis of the completed questionnaire-declaration and package of documents legalized in the Embassy.
The dichiarazione di valore for the purposes of study includes:

Affix Apostille in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to all copies of education documents (Certificate of Secondary General Education with the Supplement to it, Diploma of higher education with the Supplement to it).

Perform the translation of the above-mentioned documents by accredited translator certified by the Italian embassy.

Certify (legalize) the translation in the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine.

Fill in the application form and file the documents to the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine.
The dichiarazione di valore for the purposes of work:

2. Perform the translation of the documents on education and of the employment history booklet by accredited translator certified by the Italian embassy
